Originally developed for the Dubai Airports Authority Fire Fighters—who endure tarmac temperatures above 60°C in both dry and wet environments—this unique vest features a quick-drying and durable design to meet these demanding needs. Engineered for comfort and functionality, it performs exceptionally well in a variety of conditions, from intense, active 12-hour shifts to stationary tasks. Its balanced weight distribution and flexible design ensure unrestricted movement whether seated, standing, walking, or running.

    We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, it must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, as long as the product is in its original sealed condition.

    How to Process a Return

    • Return the Item: Send the item back to us once approved. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
    • Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it is unopened and in its original condition. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the inspection, to the original payment method.

    Non-Returnable Items
    Please note that items that have been opened or used, as well as perishable or personalized items, are non-returnable. For health and safety, first aid items and personal care products must remain sealed.

    Damaged or Faulty Items
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
